I'm grateful to have the opportunity to work entirely remote as I'm much more productive and is a critical component to my success.

I love that I can leverage my prior experience as an HCM professional and use that knowledge in my everyday interactions with prospects/clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's zero transparency around the pay practices being used by ADP. When I've brought my own personal research to the conversation it was dismissed as "not relevant". Hard to know what is/isn't relevant when we are given no information about ADP's approach to compensation.
