I love to share my knowledge and learn new things. There is always opportunity to learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. We all work really hard. We use each other each day to bounce off of each other's strengths and skills. We build each other by sharing our knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find strength in the BRGs. The groups that I am involved in show me that there are other people where I work who share the same passions and interests as me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked what was needed for me to advance. I was told that I was doing a great job. I was advised to utilize the resources available on the Career Driver to gear myself for my own success. I did everything and more that I was advised to do by HR and Senior Leadership and they didn't follow through.
