I have just been moved under new leadership, so I am still learning.

Knowing that I am the face of the company behind Sales. letting them know and feel they are in good hands.

I am currently with a new team and still getting to learn them. so far everyone seems friendly and willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the environment I am in can be upbeat. and some of the leadership attempts to bring in positive vibes and upbeat energy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the work and effort that I put in is overlooked. I do feel I should get more recognition and compensation. through my dedication and my work.
