My leadership team is very supportive and celebrates what I bring to ADP and my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, my team as a whole are very supportive, and we have a great balance of times when we can have fun and times when it's all business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with my salary and benefits. I like the unlimited sick leave as separate from PTO. We can try to stay in shape but, from experience, I know that worrying about running out of paid leave when we or a family member are dealing with serious illness is awful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been with ADP for only a few months, but I've been impressed by the friendliness and welcome on my team and everyone else I've met here. I told a former colleague that I've never worked at a company where people go out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel a part of the group.
