care for your people, no one should be neglected. support and team work ..

different nationalities work in this area and we do work together, though certain faction is noticeable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pour team is considered as essential worker, but our salary is way far from it. increase in basic pay is soon to come but our salary remains so low. we even get more oay during pandemic time , hopefully we can get more this coming year 2024.
