Ok time to be honest here. The work location, building etc is fantastic, I cant really think of a way to improve it, unless a gym on site perhaps. The only negative is salary and should be reviewed. It is not in line with other salaries in Prague. I suspect this is the reason that juniors leave.

Clear goals and extremely focused on reaching them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates...the associates that sit close to me. They are friendly and welcoming. I enjoy being here partly because of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary in Prague is low, presumably because ADP in the past saw Prague as a location for cheaper labour costs. Unfortunately, the cost of living is very high in Prague today. It should be considered as any other large European city and salaries calculated accordingly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, every single day they manage to create a happy and welcoming environment in the workplace. Without this, work life would be so difficult, one has to enjoy the environment in order to thrive in it. ie work results are better if associates are happy. Simple really.
What makes you most happy at work?
Two things, my work colleagues and the office space. There is a very happy, welcoming, relaxed and fun attitude to be felt in the office. Then, the office space is very clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. Both factors lead to a nice place to work in.
