I am not seen as a body or number on a quota that needs to be reached.

Not only do they pay me to be part of this great organization, but they also give employees stock options, 401K matching, time to use for volunteering in our communities, they also provide assistance like the Red Cross . If you travel far from home to the office they provide reimbursement.
