They are very modern and not a traditional fortune 500 company. I love it here

The PTO is very Competitive but would like to have it in bulk and not accrue over paychecks

My team lead will always fight for the team but also keep company goals in mind and will tell it like it is

Over the years the company has cut back on the things that set the tone and people in the office have very much noticed

They are all unique and all offer different mind sets and it makes for great conversations. Everyone has something unique to add to a conversation at any time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader is wonderful and amazing person and had worker. The people above her in the insurance services look at licensed agents as expendable and sales agents who are fresh out of college with zero insurance knowledge seem to be of way more value for some reason
