Most of them listen to what the business (clients) need and make changes as needed

That the company puts money/effort into their employees by offering training/certification to further our development

Most of them compliment you on a job well or reach out to see if you need support when they see you are not hitting the numbers you normally hit

Wages although the process to promote is strange.... need managers in the whole west market to approve although they do not work with you or see all that you do ...??

Half of my team is support and jumps to help with coverage and answer questions or give second opinions to make sure I am on the right track to supporting our clients
