Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase should be based on the tenure; the new hires are getting higher compensation then the tenured employees. Allowance has not increased for the past 10 years; we have been through 3 inflations. The salary of ADP employees does not match other HCMC company.
