This is my 3rd week at ADP, and have been welcomed from the beginning, ever since the interview process. I was taken under my mentors wing and shown around, and being trained. Most people smile back and speak as you pass them and speak to them. ADP has it set up for associates to be comfortable.

everyone belongs, regardless of their race, religion, or sexual orientation. The diversity here is truly beautiful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive and caring. I feel as welcomed at 7 months as I did at day 1. The energy never changed.

while the money isn't the best, ADP does have decent insurance and a Dr on site that reduces cost OOP for exams and treatments

Everyone is welcomed as they are. You don't have to fit inside a box, you come as yourself and are loved for being you

paid PHRca & SHRM courses, and bonus for getting both/ sales bonus/ paid holidays/ working from home 2 days a week for work home balance

small team and able to stay connected with everyone in office and the others in El Paso we're able to talk with and interact during meetings with to still stay connected
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Rainbow hair or natural hair, it doesn't matter. You matter as a person and not what you look like. There isn't a cookie cutter mold anyone has to fit in, and we're celebrated for our differences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Starting pay is fair. bonus', benefits are fairly priced but would like to see a co-pay plan, and WFH 2 days a week is nice to be home when kid gets home from school, not have to get dressed, and saves gas!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
ADP has servant leaders. They truly are here for the company, and for the employees. I see my manager checking on each and every person in the team daily, and seeing if there's anything she can do for them. She also reminds them she's just a ping away!
