My experience at ADP so far has been unlike any other. My training was very thorough and I have so many different avenues for support. I don't ever feel like I am bothering anyone with questions. It just feels really nice to be able to receive that support. It eliminates so much stress.

Everyone is very friendly with each other and always willing to help. The support is amazing!

They are very willing to help. They make sure that we are okay and celebrate even the smallest achievements.

I love that they continue to stay engaged with the team. They let us know what is expected & where we stand. They ask us if we need anything and are always willing to help.

Being around people. Knowing that there are moments of stress, but it is okay if we need to just step away for a moment. Even the small gestures such as bringing little snacks around really helps to just put a smile on ones face.
