This is my 10th year at ADP and this is the happiest and most excited I have ever been.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really look forward to the bonus each year.

Everyone coexists no matter what our differences are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love the transparency. Good or bad, just keep the communication flowing.

Pay is inline with industry standards. Benefits could be less expensive/better coverage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All my team is like minded and we all want to see each other succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I feel I have a long future here and I will never get bored.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the way we are allowed to learn and explore other areas of the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that we are given the opportunity to go as far as we want in our careers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their willingness to help me grow and that they take the time to ask how I am doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the awareness and focus on culture and environment are great. I feel like we are always looking for ways to make it even better.
