Overall they care about the success. I think the sales team needs to care more about all products of the business.
I like that we are all working for a common goal and genuinely was ADP to be the top. I'm not sure the sales people feel that way.
I feel like as a manager - I have to continually dip into my own pocket for extras for my team. Top hires I send out a momento or birthday or anniversary or holidays... My team loves it but is becomes a lot.. I think managers should be given a budget even if for ADP swag for associates.
