The pay gap at one level and based on just college background is enormous. It promotes leaving ADP for MBA grads

Based on the work and Responsibility taken i am paid well below the standard, as people are earning double my compensation with half the work and stress at ADP just for a different tier of College. After 1 year of service ADP must initiate a conversation for Market correction.
