What does the leadership team need to get better at?
ive asked 20+ times what the metrics are or what is expected of you in order to move up to a level 2 and have NEVER received an answer. ive also never received ANY feedback other than "youre doing so great sweetie" so i have no idea where i can improve regardless of asking countless times
