Full of nice intentions, but reality is not as nice. We need better tools and processes to work with, unbelievable that Excel and Powerpoint are the most used tools. Reality is not as shown in Powerpoints or presentations.

Company has the potential to be one of the best companies to work, but Leaders and top Management are a showstopper. They focus in selling nice speeches that have no correlation with reality. Recucing this gap is one of their challenges.

The fact that it is a multicultural environment and that I work with people all over the world.

Amount of work is really high, deadlines are also very tight so you never know what you will find, no matter how organized and how well you can plan the projects.

Reality is not as shown in presentations, powerpoints or videos. We need to improve in Client retetion, Employee retention and understand pain points of our products and how our Clients perceive us.

Less useless and disconnected to reality speeches that we all know have nothing to do what our daily work is, the tools that we have, the processes that we have and the challenges we face.

It is unbelievable that they talk about AI while Employees work with Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. We do not have proper tools to get our job done. Moreover none of our systems are integrated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salaries were reduced due to inflation, while the company charging inflation to Clients. Not talking about salary increase, just to get inflation, so our salaries are not reduced. Since last years, everysingle payment we have to assume has increased, except our salaries.
