It's low. Appropriate application of pay for performance not for availability in pool or budget.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Transparency. Investing in our infrastructure; in additional associates to allow for wellness and work life balance and in additional tech associates to support the many new tech initiatives we are always asked to, and enjoy, supporting.
