For 20 years, I've worked under incredible leaders and have learned a lot. I don't feel our business unit is growing fast enough to allow for advancement within our division. Opportunities to move up feel congested, while expectations to perform as if someone has been promoted increase.
I have accrued a nice PTO bank.
My manager is transparent and honest.
The focus is on revenue and being profitable.
It's the right balance of serious and fun!
solving problems, creating efficiences and processes.
collaborative and caring. Thoughtful, engaged.
Being recognized for good work.
my peer colleagues have my back when I need them.
My team is briliant and great at what they do!
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, just would like to make more.
I really do feel I can be my most authentic self at ADP. I don't hold much back.
Between my manager and my peers - we have an amazing team - quick whit, strong sense of humor and connectedness.
i don't really have to mask who I am as an individual. I am able to bring my most authentic self to work.
I feel undervalued because our division is completely adverse to giving recognition to specific individuals for specific situations where they've gone above and beyond. Recognition is made in broad strokes - remains anonymous and generic.
