It is great so far but i am really lucky with the current manager. I am not that sure it is like this in other teams.

We support each other every time someone needs help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and the support they offer. Some of the leaders lead by example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am talking here about the culture within my team - my Manager managed to create such environment, where everyone feels safe and valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am getting offers on LinkedIn where the salary is significantly higher than the one at ADP. I do believe that it should be updated.
