Hard to say -- some days I am excited about the work I do, but the past year has been extremely transactional. Opportunities to grow are not transparent, and the path to promotable positions isn't clear a lot of time. Very slide heavy, with a lot of time spent doing admin vs. delivery/innovation.

Flat merit with added responsibility, less bonus and equity less year even after a high performing year, perception that other areas get treated better
