Getting higher metrics numbers compared to others in my team

Some coworkers see you as a threat to them they make dishonest reports to upper management regarding you. in an attempt to remove from their team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being shown by the company that we are valuable to them. First company that I worked for that I received a 0.90 cents increase over a 3 year period. Providing free healthcare to employees.
