Great direct team and nice overall company structure. Improvements and fixes move too slowly. Ideas and projects to improve employee experience and efficiency are slow going or ignored. I appreciate ADP's partnership but I don't understand the executive team's vision.

I don't believe happiness is the correct pursuit in life but it is a nice side effect of knowing you're doing something right.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am a regular attendee of executive meetings. They often share numbers and success or failures. What they don't do is share a vision for the company and ensure people understand rewards for success within their departments.
