Compensation should be in line with the grade we are in

Compensation should be at par with market standards and also there should not be huge discrepancy in compenation of associates within the same grade and level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are never afraid of sharing new ideas. The leadership always welcomes suggestions from all the associates and takes their feedback into consideration while making any changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only challenge is when we move from one grade to another through a promotion, the compensation is not adjusted accordingly. We have to wait for a year or two for salary adjustments. ADP can also think about provide additional grade linked benefits for associates at grade 7 and 8. Thank you!
