This company makes more and more every year, but the pay does not reflect. Better pay = better service, Cost of living adjustments are NOT raises or rewards.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel that the compensation does not equate the work we put into the company and when we have town halls and see how well we are doing with no show for it in compensation, I feel degraded.
