Providing easier access to next steps and growing resources. Pay needs to be more fair because stats does not reflect all the work that is being done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I peform a lot of work that does not fall under call taken or cases made but that does not get showing on ratings which is what affects our raise changes
