In the three weeks that I have been with ADP, it's been a really exciting ride. Every day I learn something new and get to know my peers more as time goes by. It's been a wonderful experience so far and I can't wait to fully be a part of my team and start working beside them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing I can highlight from my work environment is the inclusiveness that the whole team shows, not just the assigned team I was put in, but the whole SBS community that is around me. From the work culture I can highlight that everyone puts their best foot forward in their work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is a diverse group of people that contribute on their own way and that's the best thing to have in a new environment that you start working in. The whole leadership team works together to make sure that we stay focused in the Company's motto and make this task an enjoyable one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a new hire that has been in the company for three weeks now and so far, what has been offered from ADP to me, are really good benefits and compensation package. One thing that I would highlight would be the on-site benefits of having a doctor/nurse and also a gym in the El Paso ADP location.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the same as the leadership team, they are all unique with their own set of skills that, from learning from them, would help me make a good fit to my peers. Also, with them being unique, makes the work environment an enjoyable and exciting one to be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
What gets me most happy to come into work at ADP is the difference I can make with the client and work team. I'm always interested in helping our clients with the best tools possible in my toolbox but as well make an impact with my team members with the ideas and skills I have to contribute.
