Starting 3 years ago I never anticipated the places and positions I'd go! I have been to 3 different states, totaling 4 offices, and received 2 promotions along with multiple recognitions across offices' posters and being a top sales referral associate across the agency. My work has been rewarded.

Under paid department/associates who do the most legal/compliance which helps with the saving and growth of clients and money.

Making sure everything is done correctly for the client to retain them and keep a positive outlook on our company.

They're accepting, helpful, and there for you in and outside of the office. They truly care about your well-being; family; and success.

The satisfaction of setting up or fixing a client's insurance policy so they are legally compliant and have no worries moving forward.

They care about you personally and your well being. They understand the struggles that come along the way and are always there to help or listen.

Speaking and working with my co-workers. I also LOVE networking to find out information to better mt department's processes and others, which benefits not only us but also the clients' experience(s).

They are always thanking us for our hard work, explaining the reasonings behind topics/outcomes, and always advocating for us to move up within the company and getting recognized for our hard/extra work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I cannot say much about my current role I just started a few days ago, but my previous role and services associates get tasks and work coming from all directions but get paid the least.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My team/department specifically is the middle-man of a multitude of different teams/departments, while also working with the client. Our day-to-day job is a non-stop flow of work of correcting everyone else's mistakes, meanwhile we make half of their salaries or even less.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are documented as one of the top corporations in the globe, but yet the least paid and not listed on the one of the best work places to work for. Any compensation we get in monetary value gets heavily taxed so those incentives (ex: sales leads) end up not being that beneficial.
