I am relatively new to ADP, but I had known a fellow alumni from school who started their career here. I was told how diverse the culture is within the company and the work life balance. These were really important things for me when deciding where to start in my career and I am pleased to be at ADP

They are open to suggestions and always willing to talk
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hands on and seem to genuinely care about your growth and development
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Earning commission. It was something important to me to be compensated for my performance as I am very goal oriented and driven. I was in a previous position prior to this and one of the reasons I left was due to the fact I was not paid well and did not earn any incentives for my strong performance
