I love working for adp however I feel very restricted in my career growth since I am homeshored.
I love ADP and have been here 35 years. The company has provided me with many opportunities in the past but am currently very limited due to being homeshored.
I have been with adp for over 35 years and have nothing negative to say about the company overall. my current work environment is chaotic and we dont have the proper support mechanisms in place to sustain our success
They make sure to include all levels
support, encouragement , always willing to assist
Team work, communication and support with the product.
accomplishing tasks, and having satisfied clients.
the team is very supportive
the transparency and timely communications
adp is very family oriented
The team is very collaborative and have gotten better with communicating
ADP has always been big on diversity. I love that
Helping people learn and grow and assisting them in getting to the next level
Getting things accomplished. Sometimes our issues linger for too long due to lack of support from Tier II
I am homeshored and tend to feel disconnected I dont think adp does a good job with folks who work from home
I am a true ADPer. Ive been with the company for 35 years and for the most part the work life balance is good
This was a tough year with the merits. You feel like you work super hard but yet receive the same merit as all others on the same level.
There are some employees making almost the same as me who are two to three grades below me. I have been with the company for 35 years I didnt think a 2% merit was fair
The rest of my management team is fairly new to their role. Most of them are still doing day to day tasks instead of focusing on their teams. I always ask how I can help with their transition
I feel some folks were promoted into managers roles for the wrong reason and were not ready. they are doing the day to day stuff not managing their staff which impacts other teams we need better communication and collaboration
Last year the merit for leaders was only 2%. There is not much disparity in the compensation of some of the associates in my BU compared to mine. The fact that all managers got 2% did not feel like pay for performance
I have been with adp for over 35 years but dont feel recognized or valued. Im not asking for more money but would be nice to get recognition every now and then. I feel like I am always on the defensive
its total chaos on the lyric side of the house. we dont have the proper support or support mechanism clients are being onboarded too fast and not fully prepared the service team has to work twice as hard to stabilize once turned over
