What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is professional but not cold, friendly and easy to work with, but the BEST thing is how everyone is so willing to help one another.

Friendly and helpful - the people around me in the office as well as on virtual meetings and calls have all been pleasant and easy to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my team and also the cafe / Starbucks lattes. Sometimes they come around with a treat cart and give us free treats and that little gesture has a huge impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone genuinely enjoys working here and it shows. The leaders are kind and helpful, my colleagues are proud to work for ADP, and the culture is evident from the first moment I stepped through the door.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every member of leadership I've interacted with has been pleasant and friendly, warm and welcoming. I feel totally at ease addressing any issues or asking any questions. It's a rare thing and I'm so grateful for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love walking in each day, the smell of food and coffee wafts down the hall and the people are all so cheerful and welcoming. I walk out of the office smiling because of the environment here. It's a beautiful thing!
