What are some of the best things about your team?
My team shoulders a huge volume of starts and works together to complete the assignments. I worry about burn out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is mostly virtual, and I think we work hard at creating/fostering a team environment. We are pretty good at communicating and venting in a safe space without letting it drag us into a negative mindset. Our manager is incredible in providing direction and jumping into problem solve.
