Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least, consider the inflation factor as part of compensation review. ADP Wage growth report shows one thing, but our annual compensation review is not matching.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talk to the people at associate level at least once in a year and understand their views on improvements, ideas, innovation, and value creation. Conduct staff meetings and one on ones.
