I am fairly new to ADP, i believe the company is safe and i feel secure in my job. However, i think certain aspects of the company and ran inefficiently, I don't believe that EE's are paid and rewarded competitively. I am not confident that the company will be able to facilitate growth for me.

Ever going technical mishaps make the work laborious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly rate is only just above the national minimum wage, which doesn't seem fair. Compensation for service achievements do not seem at all appealing.I feel in no way inclined that showing loyalty to the company will benefit me financially.
