In the few months I have been here, my experience has surpassed any employer I was at before this. I spent almost a decade at a previous employer (a competitor of ADP) and I wish I could have given the last decade to ADP rather than where I was.
Affordable and has a good range of coverage.
The engagement committee is so much fun to be around.
Affordability. I also love the legal plan. Not all companies offer that.
My desk space and the up-to-date technology. The office is gorgeous as well. Makes me feel fancy.
They lead without overcasting us and leaving us in a "shadow" of them. We are able to shine.
I love that they allow you to wear jeans and a nice shirt. The environment does not feel stuffy and uptight.
Everyone is so personable. I am very new here (less than 4 months) and I feel like I have been here for years.
This is the first job I had that I got to meet leadership in person. I did not even realize they were leadership because they were so down to earth and personable.
I know I can approach any and everybody with anything I want to bring up. Although there are clear gaps in age, you cannot tell because we are all on the same wavelength when it comes to getting the job done.
I love knowing we provide the best customer service we can and we all make an effort to ensure that clients are taken care of no matter what it takes. We have SOPs but are flexible in how we can approach them depending on the client. There are not many "verbatim" and "black and white" SOPs we follow
