That I am able to make decisions on the fly about what is best for my clients. There is very little red tape when it comes to open communication and the ability to make quick decisions.

My peers are always ready to help. Whether it's answering a quick question or a deep dive into assisting with a client need, I know I can depend on my team to help me if I need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is always ready to have a one-on-one conversation with me. I can reach out and set time aside without any questions asked. The openness of our leadership is what drives the inclusivity that keeps me with ADP.
