It has been, as I've mentioned in previous questions, the best company that I have ever worked. Good managers and environment, challenging but not "not human", respect and good will are some of the words that cames to my mind when I think about ADP!

Sallary, recognitions (not just about money, but also about what I do matters), feedbacks (but always with actions and guidance) and the feeling that I am secure at work (I will not be fired any time)

They treat each other with equality, respect and in a way that we feel comfortable to keep productive and creative to innovate. The best company that I have ever worked (after 21 years of experience and 6 previous companys)!

Everybody is willing to help each other and share knowledge and discovers... I dont feel competition, but will to grow together, learn and share... "The goal [refering to soccer] is on the same side", as I use to say...

I see that ADP is a HCM company not just on the software that they develop and sell to their clients, but also on the culture and way of being! I am really proud to make part of all of this! :)

We arrive at work and we dont feel that pressure of time, but of results. This let us comfortable to go to a coffee and discuss there new ideas, goals, align things of work and even discuss other topics, what gave us already really good ideas! I love this environment!!! :)
