I came from a very toxic work environment, so arriving at ADP was like a cultural shock. I didn't think a company like this could actually exist. My experience here has been a complete 180 from the work culture I had grown accustomed to.

There is a constant flow of information and employee satisfaction seems to be a priority.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is friendly and approachable. I have never felt intimidated or embarrassed to ask questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is relatively low compared to what I'm used to. I would also like the dental benefits to cover adult braces.
