I closed my business in 2020 during the pandemic. I changed different companies and roles, but Adp is the place to be. I'm a perfect fit in terms of age and work culture. I feel stable and i can finally plan my future again. I appreciate a lot what I learnt in Adp and what I achieved.

At the moment, there is no team spirit. I used to have a great team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have an extensive work experience across different countries and industries. I speak fluently 3 languages and I barely can afford 1 bedroom apartment for rent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love service challenges and I feel great and satisfied when my clients confirmed that the issue has been solved. I also get excited when there is a new business opportunity
