My overall is experience with ADP is good! Though there is always room for improvement with any company, I truly believe this is a good company to work for.

Helping to provide excellent customer service to the ALEX is what makes me most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The emphasis on work-life balance with ADP is the best I have had at any company hands down!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am new to the team, but I feel welcome so far. My mentor and a few other associates have gone out of the way to help, but I'm still getting acclimated so I can't fully answer the question yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is less than associates with less experience in benefits than me. I gave ADP a lot of years and had to leave due to some circumstances out of my control. When I came back, I was offered entry level pay in a role that I was at least due the high-end of the pay grade if not higher.
