I am grateful for the opportunity to work for ADP. I had applied a few other times and was not afforded the chance due to no experience even with and MBA. My first leader was amazing! Very caring and supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Allows me to do my job and does not micromanage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that PTO we earn and the sick leave.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are pretty separated. HRSS's interact with each other as the PSR interact with themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel confident in my role, I dont feel anxiety when taking a call to assist a client.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of opportunities to listen or be a part of continuous learning opportunities and volunteer opportunities. I love the treats and appreciate the recognitions
