In my office, everyone treats everyone like family. There is a profound amount of respect between associates here.

My team is a diverse group of wonderful professionals. Each one is an expert in their discipline and are lovely to collaborate with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a system issue that I suppose isn't unique to ADP. But the cost of living and the cost of goods and services have far exceeded the raises that are offered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my clients pay their employees. There is something fulfilling about knowing that an employee somewhere is going to be able to pay their rent and feed their family because you were able to help their company process payroll.
