I have never had an experience of a similar culture that we have here at ADP.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to use my strengths, and lean on someone else to help build up my weaknesses when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great on picking up and pushing where we need to as we provide for the region and bring wins every month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a back-end associate (operations, administrative) vs. our normal sales force I feel like there is not enough of a place to grow or to be equally compensated for the importance that we provide. In comparison to the average market for my role responsibilities, I am marginally underpaid.
