I honestly feel the annual increases should be more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Insurance is to expensive for family coverage. I absolutely hate HSA's. I'm paying more now between med, den & HSA contributions. If I have to pay 4K out of pocket before anything is contributed by the ins company, then I'd rather pay higher monthly premium for an HMO!
