Even though I have been here for an extremely short period of time, I am extremely happy with my decision to join the ADP family. I feel at home with my team, and I know that this is a business, but it is also my safe space.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
First day benefits, like health, vision, and dental. I also appreciate the legal and long-term disability. Not enough companies set their employees up for success on the first day!
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my team, getting to walk the different floors of the building to meet at least 1 new person a day, when possible, and learning something new that I didn't know the previous day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am never left alone to handle an issue by myself as a new hire. I have so many resources to set me up for success, and my leadership team is always available to answer any questions that I may have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture at ADP is allowing everyone to come as they are. I have seen employees in everything from jeans and a t-shirt to full 3-piece suits! Everyone is allowed to express who they are freely!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team - they are warm and welcoming and never hesitate to answer any questions I may have. I have been shadowing a few of my team members this week and they have all been very gracious and pleasant. They also took their time to guide me through some procedures I didn't quite understand.
