i have a very amazing and stable start with adp, i would like to take a less client facing role as i believe i can provide alot internally for adp but other than that it has been amazing

again the manager or high up makesure i feel looked after and supported

when i am able to make real internal change within the company whether it is helping a team mate or new hire with how things go in the role
