been with ADP only 9 months, but my overall experience has been very positive, amazing, and grateful to be part of the Team and for having an amazing Boss!

interacting with Clients, and my team and other people I have met so far within ADP

help each other and work well with each other, very knowledgeable and always willing to assist one another and still like to have fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to see increase after 3 months or after training is finished, start rate is not bad, would have liked to be where I was with previous job.

not saying it is not good ... grateful but I do believe based on performance, my compensation should be higher, but I do appreciate the raise so we will see during performance evaluation next year
