Changing departments has been life changing specially to have a work-life balance. Having the opportunity to work from home makes a huge difference.

when this branch was opened the culture was different. People would great each other. Now with the newer groups they barely look up their monitor. I enjoy working with my team on my application and my direct manager. grateful for hybrid opportunity

I know the salaries of newer employees are higher than mine and they are not experienced. I have multiple roles in addition to learning Lyric.

My team is the one whom I share the same job position and do the same application. I love that team and they are 100% supportive

I am salary and work more than 40 hours per week. I am not promoted and have to jump thru hoops to get a raise. When comparing my salary to other within my own dept I earn less and when compared to other companies same results
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have been part of different teams and it is surprising the see the different dynamics. Some teams do truly care for the success of their team members and take the time to teach with out making them feel dumb. Other teams it is the opposite. They are bothered when team members asks them questions
