If you are driven and show your worth, there is opportunities in helping to brand yourself and room for growth.

They encourage growth both in your role and externally. I have always had leaders showing me how to become the next leader and innovator
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my previous roles I had availability for bonuses and RSOs. Currently I do not, and I am working to get positions that continue to offer this.
