I feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to come work for ADP. From my interviews, to training and now in ramp up. The amount of support, cheer, fun and great challenge I am only going to grow up, and I will retire here

My team and clients. I love seeing them daily

Matt my boss I feel truly cares about me as a human first

They are genuine. Mean what they say, and say what they mean. I can come to them about anything
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have yet to use my medical due to the site being under construction but I think its great
What makes you most happy at work?
I am still in training however seeing my co-workers so far and then I will be happy to see my clients

I have not been able to see the benefits of it yet, however I am excited to see the benefit of me having started to contribute to the Stock purchase plan
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This might sound silly, but there are a lot of positives I feel here at the Tempe location, but there is not a person, especially gentlemen that always hold door open for me
